i’ve always had a strong inclination towards creating beauty.

but also. there are so many ugly things in the world - and art is there - to talk about all the things. there are pieces in body of work that begin to deal with some of that - in a way that still feels beautiful to me.

how do you know how to say what you think if you’ve never practiced saying what you think? how does one disagree respectfully? how do you break through? how do you un.silence your own self?

the 18” x 24” painting is 100% archival: mixed media acrylics and inks on 140 lb. 100% cotton watercolor paper, mounted behind glass in a frame measuring 24”x30” at the outside.

all purchased artwork will hang at city o’ city in denver through the end of august, 2024. it will be delivered to new forever homes in the month of september.
